Return Policy
We only offer returns and replacements for damaged or defective products. Any claims for  damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. For replacements, send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects along with the original packaging images. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 7 days after the delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a claim , or to connect with us for a claim related question ,you can contact us at contactmirayaa@gmail.com or message on our Instagram handle @mirayaa.in.

It usually takes 7-10 days for  the replacement.

Kindly unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with a scissor or any other sharp object, a replacement will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video or the images of the courier cover. If you have noticed any damage to the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.

 

Exceptions
If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, we will not be liable for replacement of such products.

 

Exchanges
No exchanges on are available on jewelry items of our store. Only replacements for damaged products.

 

Refunds

At Mirayaa, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available only for customers who receive damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at contactmirayaa@gmail.com or sending us a direct message on our Instagram handle @mirayaa.in. Be sure to include unboxing videos and pictures of the damaged product along with images of the original packaging.

  • Refund Process: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the same account used for the original payment.

  • Contact for Queries: If we need any further information to process your refund, we will contact you through the phone number provided at the time of your order.

  • Refund Duration: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
